1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HostelPop ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

HostelPop is a hostel-only booking channel that operates as a separate distribution channel for hostel properties. We charge a 3% commission on bookings generated through our platform.

3. Early Access Program

The Service is currently in development. By submitting a letter of intent through our early access program, you acknowledge that:

• The Service is not yet fully operational
• Terms and features are subject to change
• Early access does not create a binding commitment
• We will contact you when the Service becomes available

4. Commission Structure

HostelPop operates on a 3% commission model. Commission applies only to bookings generated through HostelPop. There are no additional fees, stacked charges, or hidden costs.

5. Property Requirements

To use HostelPop, properties must:

• Operate as a hostel or similar shared accommodation
• Use a compatible Property Management System (PMS) or channel manager
• Maintain accurate availability and pricing information
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by individual properties. HostelPop respects and enforces the cancellation policy specified by each property. Commission is only charged on completed, non-cancelled bookings.

7. Channel Independence

HostelPop operates as an independent booking channel. Properties are free to:

• Use other distribution channels simultaneously
• Set their own rates and availability
• Activate or deactivate HostelPop at any time
• Terminate the relationship without penalty

8. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

HostelPop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify properties of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
